Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed by 12:00PM PDT will be shipped same day. All other orders (excluding print items) will be shipped within 24 hours. Print items (i.e. banners and business cards) will be shipped within 5 business days to allow for customization printing. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Privacy & Security
When you place an order, we require that you provide your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card number and its expiration date. All of this information is necessary for us to complete the transaction and notify you of your order status. We also maintain a history of the products you have ordered or saved to your account. Privacy protection is critical to our business and the protection of our Customers and Distributors. efusjon may use tracking technology depending on the features offered. Tracking technology/cookies may be used to help customize the site for visitors and help efusjon better understand how visitors use the site. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology. We at efusjon are not responsible for information that is obtained independently by third parties as a result of your use of the Internet. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: 1) permitted or required by law. 2) trying to prevent against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions. The information is not provided to these companies or entities for marketing purposes. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
Returns & Replacements
(Print Items) Due to the customization options of our printing and fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on orders from the Business Cards or Print items categories on the eGear website once an order has been submitted online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. (Apparel & Accessory Items) All other inquiries for returns or replacements must be made by contacting one of our eGear Customer Service representatives by calling (541) 306-4450 or sending an email to eGear@efusjon.com. efusjongear.net offers a refund or exchange policy for all Apparel and Accesory items within 30 days of the date received. Exchanges will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed, or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the item to eGear. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the warehouse and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.
